Low organic reach is indeed the new normal, but you can still revive your page by pivoting to Fb Reels, creating share worthy content, and leveraging Fb groups.
Does anyone else feel that Facebook pages are not growing anymore?

yes and I noticed a huge drop about 60 to 90 days ago. What I have been doing that is helping is cross post to some 2 or 3 Facebook Groups that are related to my niche (not all groups accept posts from pages by the way). This helps a little some times, a lot some times. While posting i select share to groups.

I think Facebook is much more selective now. Consistency alone isn't enough anymore. Posts that get quick engagement and meaningful interactions seem to perform better. I've also noticed that videos and community-focused content usually reach more people than simple image posts.
The real problem is that there could be followers but no audience anymore. After a long hiatus, instead of being concerned about the number of posts, it would make sense to try out what types of content still generate engagement. once that signal is found, reaching out will become reliatively easy.
However, i believes that Facebook pages are not dead however, the consumption of content has evolved. Posts are no longer generating any response from viewers untill and unless they create an incentive for them to leave comments, like, or visit again. In my view, the pages that continues to grow are generally creating communities around a particular interesst.

the general situation become harder than a few years ago. it also could be considered new normal. you can still get organic reach by focusing on reels.

I think organic reach is definitely lower than it used to be, but I don't think it's completely gone.
Pages that post consistently encourage genuine engagement and share content people actually want to interact with still seem to perform better It just takes more patience now than it did a few years ago.

This is normal as competition for organic reach has intensified during these few years you were away,

You're not the only one. Organic reach is definitely harder than it used to be. I've had much better results with Reels and posts that encourage discussion, while regular image posts seem to fade out quickly unless they get strong engagement early on

This is perfectly normal nowadays, as there are now many other platforms for social media users to choose from. You need about 2-4 weeks of consistent posting to "reactivate" the algorithm for your Page.

That's right; things always take time to get going again. If you complete enough weekly tasks, your page will gradually start getting recommended again.

This is a completely normal situation; we all understand that current revenue from meta will not be as strong as it was 10 years ago.
Meta's algorithms are becoming increasingly intelligent, and consequently, illegal activities will be exposed more quickly.

Facebook has become more focused on engagement now. Simple posts that encourage people to interact usually perform better than just posting updates.
