I think Facebook is much more selective now. Consistency alone isn't enough anymore. Posts that get quick engagement and meaningful interactions seem to perform better. The real problem is that there could be followers but no audience anymore. However, i believes that Facebook pages are not dead however, the consumption of content has evolved. Posts are no longer generating any response from viewers untill and unless they create an incentive for them to leave comments, like, or visit again.
