Hi guys,
I’m looking to start running ads for health-related offers and want to know which traffic sources are performing well right now. What platforms are you getting the best quality traffic from, and which ones are worth testing for a new campaign?
Would appreciate some feedback from people already running ads in this niche.

It depends on the offer and target audience. I would start with a few traffic sources, test small and scale the ones bringing good quality leads and conversions. Traffic quality matters more than just volume.

This is very dependent on the offer, GEO, and the compliance requirements. I would first begin on platforms where you have control over targeting and the ability to monitor the quality of traffic properly, before scaling up. Affordable clicks do not guarantee healthy traffic.

User behaviour
Chronic deases..Google ads works best
Lifestyle health products
Works best with socials

Meta Ads can work well for health related products because you can find specific audiences. The main thing is having good creatives and following the platform rules.

Traffic quality is highly dependent on offer, GEO, and compliance. I would test different traffic sources with low budgets, judging from the quality of leads and conversions, rather than from cheap CPCs. The source which provides buyers is better than the one providing most of clicks.

to be honest this is exactly my point you just have to know your target audience so start small and scale later

The success of health deals is highly dependent on GEO, compliance, and the nature of the offer. It would be wise to test a few traffic sources using a small budget and paying more attention to lead quality, approvals, and ROI.

Native ads like Taboola and Outbrain work really well for health offers since the content-style format feels less intrusive and converts better than banner ads. Google Ads is still the gold standard for intent-based traffic but health niches face strict policy scrutiny, so make sure your landing pages are fully compliant before scaling.

Facebook and Instagram can bring good traffic for health campaigns. Good visuals, clear messaging, and following the rules make a big difference.

The health offer is highly dependent upon GEOs, compliance, and product. I would test many sources using small budgets, paying attention to quality of leads, approvals, and ROI rather than trying to chase the least expensive traffic sources.

google and meta still work good for me, just keep testing becuase every offer performs diffrent.

Google can work well because people are already searching for solutions. But competition is high, so tracking is very important.

In the case of health-related offers, it makes sense to try out several different sources of traffic rather than focus on just one medium. This is because generally, it all boils down to factors such as targeting, compliance, landing page and tracking rather than traffic source itself.
Begin with smaller tests, observe EPC/quality of conversion and then expand.

I would start with Google Ads if people are already searching for the product. Search traffic is usually better for health offers.

hey, i’d test google search + microsoft ads first since intent is usually higher for health offers.

Regarding healthcare offer testing, I’d try some traffic sources with minimal budget allocation and assess the leads based on their quality rather than inexpensive clicks. The choice of traffic source becomes irrelevant in favor of targeting, compliance, creatives, and a good funnel.
Monitor real conversions and ROI of customers before scaling a platform
