Has proxy quality gone downhill?

Because I had checked a couple of providers in the last year, and it seems as their performance is not on the same level as some time ago. So, perhaps, it is not a problem with the providers but rather my own luck.

Has everyone noticed such a trend or did I choose the wrong ones?

i actually think it’s improving overall because there are more providers competing now. depends what type you mean though… some big companies charge more and still perform worse than smaller ones that actually care about keeping clients happy

proxies got qualities include 4G - 5G network which are different in spoofing and surfing the websites and social apps, although they do have different in residential and normal device proxies oriented programming to surf using without purchase of external proxies.

Top providers are shifting their focus toward products like Datasets and APIs rather than pure proxy quality.
Smaller providers are often just resellers sharing the same overloaded upstream IP pools, and anti-bot systems have gotten much smarter, causing IPs to burn out far quicker than before.

I wouldn't say proxy quality is getting worse. Expectations have changed. The same IP quality that was enough a few years ago often isn't enough today because detection relies on much more than just the IP. That's why switching providers doesn't always solve the problem.

It may seem that way at times but good provider is always the most important factorr
