this may occur even when the user is a real one since facebook has systems to identify abnormal behaviiors. i would complete my verification process make sure all the information provided by me is correct nd not try to change anythiing else until the veriffication is completed.

Did Facebook send you an error message? Please follow their instructions if your account is not in violation of any rules.
