1. Expectations: A Marketplace review is meant to assess your ability to deliver your top-level package as advertised. Your performance in customer service will also be reviewed. Failure to adequately provide either of these will result in a thread rejection.
2. Delivery: Unless otherwise stated, you will need to deliver everything in this review thread. Any uploads must be uploaded via the forum's built-in system or an approved downloads website. Any and all metrics advertised in your sales thread must be included in your report, even if you do not normally include this for your customers. Do not over-deliver your product or service. The level of service you offer us should be exactly the same as the level of service you'd offer anyone else, and any drop in quality after the review will result in your thread being closed.
3. Advertising & Sticky Threads: While you can speak to our advertising department to organise a sticky or banner before your thread is live, we do not recommend it as there is no guarantee as to how long the review process will take or if your thread will even be approved.
4. Staff Response Times: Please keep in mind that our Staff try their best to respond promptly, and that you'll typically receive a response within 24 hours.
5. After Delivering Your Service: You'll have 30 days to pay the listing fee upon approval. If you don't pay for your thread within this time, your thread will be rejected. Be aware we keep any accounts you send us, with the exception of those not normally provided as part of your service. At no point after the review are you allowed to reclaim anything you've provided us. Any seller caught doing this will receive an infraction and have their service closed.
6. Web Properties, Sign-Ups, & Links: We do not use our own web properties for reviews as we do not provide identifying information to sellers. This means we will not sign up to any platforms fo the review. If your service requires us to sign up, you'll need to create the account for us.
7. Marketplace Queue Jumping: DMs are disabled for the @iModBot account as we're required to keep all correspondences in your review thread. Any other attempts to queue jump will either result in a negative point in your review and/or your thread being rejected. However, if you've not received a response in your thread after five business days, you may post in the thread to inquire about this.
8. Post-Submission Thread Edits: The thread you submit must be the final draft. However, you are allowed to submit one minor thread edit if you need to fix any typos or change your contact details. Price changes, ad copy changes, refund policy changes, cosmetic overhauls, etc are not permitted and your thread will be rejected so that you can resubmit the final draft. If your thread is not live but has been approved, you'll have to contact our support desk and go through the standard thread edit procedure.
9. Review Copies: If you send a review copy to a moderator who does not review Marketplace services, this does not influence the review, so do not mention it in your review thread.
10. Moderator Reports: Do NOT use the report you deliver to the moderator as a sample for your potential customers. Any seller caught doing this will receive an infraction and have their service closed.
