Yes Instagram is now a days very popular and mostly businesses are running ads and also organic approaches I believe it's a good option.

TOYBOX is a ripoff for me - Bought a $2 Instagram account with NO instruction on how to set it up - what instruction was available just had dead links to products/services that didn't exist anymore. No support contact info either
 
Instagram works best when you're selling to an audience that already follows a specific interest. I've seen people do well with fitness coaching, digital products, handmade items, and local services. The account itself isn't the business — the audience and trust you've built are the real assets.
 
Instagram works best when it's treated as a way to build trust, not just make sales. The accounts I see doing well consistently share useful content first and promote products second.
 
Of course Instagram can be a business, and I'm doing very well with my fashion business on Instagram.
