Eveyrthing is removed by reddit.

Yes, that is possible. Reddit may detect certain promotional patterns, links, or wording that looks like advertising and automatically restrict the post.

this happen due to subreddit rules, account history, post format, or content looking promotional. i would say a natural approach works better than direct promotion.

Using URL shorteners or affiliate links causes Reddit's filters to delete your content immediately. Reddit automatically blocks hidden or redirecting links to protect users from spam and unsafe websites.

Hey everyone,

Whenever I try to promote something on Reddit, my post or comment gets removed within about five minutes. When I check, it seems to be removed by Reddit itself rather than the usual reddit filters. This only happens when I’m promoting something, if I post regular comments to gain karma, they stay up without any issue.

Is it possible that Reddit is automatically flagging certain keywords or patterns and removing the content? I’d appreciate your thoughts on this.

I think your fingerprints are banned or whatever. Try to change the setup.

I have tried it again and worked just fine. Maybe they were strict because of the world cup? The brand name was a streaming website.

I don't know what I did, but I can't set a profile picture for my account. It keeps showing a server error message on Reddit.

I'm wondering if it's because I included a URL in my reply to someone a while ago. I can't think of any other actions I might have taken.
It could be the reason why you're shadow banned. Avoid sharing any URL next time.

Reddit has become much stricter with promotional content, especially when an account shows patterns that look like advertising or self-promotion. If your normal comments stay active but promotional posts get removed quickly, it means Reddit is detecting a commercial intent pattern. What I believe through my experiences is that when a product or service is genuinely relevant, mention it naturally as part of the conversation rather than making the entire comment an advertisement.

I understand now. I roughly understand. I just awkwardly replied with a URL above. I definitely need to work on this aspect.

Definitely possible that certain keywords are getting you shadowbanned. If you’re multi-accounting make sure that every account is running isolated in terms of fingerprint/IPs.

Reddit is probably detecting the promotional pattern rather than just one keyword. Repeated links, similar wording, low participation in that specific subreddit, and a domain that has been posted too often can all trigger removals. I would stop posting the link, contribute normally in the communities you’re targeting, and ask the moderators whether self-promotion is allowed. When mentioning your business, disclose the connection and lead with a useful answer instead of the offer. If every promotional post still disappears, Reddit Ads may be the safer route.
