cheap old X accounts are usually cheap for a reason... ask for creation year, last activity, email access included or not, and if it had any recent username/email changes. A clean 2020 acc with normal history is better than a 2012 acc that got farmed, botted and resold 5 times. Also use escrow if seller is new, saves headache.

Are they clean accounts?
you can find many people on here. i think it's pretty easy
also make sure you know how to "treat" these accounts to avoid losing them..
