If I'm in your place Id go with building the page first. a fresh account that only posts promotions usually gets low trust from both people and the platform. Wolud love to share helpful tips answer common questions and post entertaining content in my niche so build an audience that knows and trusts me. then naturally include CPA offers that genuinely match what audience needs. In the long run this approach usually gets better engagement higher conversions and a more stable account.

Building trust is definitely the most important thing. If you start advertising right away, the trust score of your clients and algorithms will be very low, which will translate into very poor conversions and engagement.

yeah, page first is usually the safer lane. not because promo right away is impossible, but because a dead fresh account with nothing but offers looks rough and burns any little trust you get. i’d keep posting value/content for a bit, then slip the CPA stuff in once the page already feels real... way less awkward, and the offers land better.
It depends on your level of patience that you are willing to have. You can start promoting right away on a fresh account if you think that you have a good setup for high conversion.

The best way is to create content related to the CPA you want to promote. Once you have a loyal audience, it's much faster to get conversions.

Everyone telling you to build the page first is giving safe advice but it's all about your traffic source. if you are doing organic tiktok or ig reels then yeah you need some content first so the algorithm doesn't shadowban you instantly... but if you are doing mass account spam or redirecting from parasite SEO then warming up pages is just a waste of time. you just burn and replace. @omiab what traffic source are you actually using? if you are buying ads or doing automation you don't need a "loyal audience" to get quick conversions.
