If you have $100k-200k to invest in business, what niche you would chose?

I'd invest in cash flow, not more assets. If your goal is replacing a salary, a scalable online business with recurring revenue makes more sense than another property or holding more gold.

Usually people here are asking for advices how to start a business with $ 1-20k, but let's talk about larger amounts like $100-200k (possibly this is not even large for today's standards).

What if you are already having 2-3 real estates, some savings in cash, some savings in gold, but wants to get rid of 9-5 office and salary lifestyle and establish a business model that can bring you 15-20k pre month (good software developer salary in California) and become independant.

In what you would invest today?
ase, whatever biz you find awe

I have been using an automated crypto platform for 4 years: I was always able to withdraw the money I wanted each quarter. Once I sell a few lead gen websites and get like 50k, I will invest this money on this platform that generates 3 to 4% monthly. Find a similar reliable platform like this and you will print money without lifting a finger.

There are numerous assumptions from investment objectives, age, return on investment, skills, etc. However, I'm older and I would be seeking the advice a trusted investment advisor, in this case, Daniel Goodwin of Provident 1031 (https://provident1031.com). I would be seeking passive income, eliminating capital gains taxes, and looking at keeping my investment in a stable security. Daniel Goodwin (https://provident1031.com/about) is reqarded in the financial industry as pro and I have personally benefited from his advice over several years.

Took approx 2years of searching (not every day), to find a good Flippa asset. So many are scams. It's now at 4-5x in 20 months. Looking for the next acquisition to get some horizontal spread, and may also branch out from the original business. My skill set is primarily marketing and growth, so buying and building a biz was aligned with my skills. Your mileage may vary :)

You can buy an established YouTube channel. Start a cash cow YouTube channel, setup a team of content creators and monetize your content.

If I had $100k 200k Id avoid chasing trends and focus on acquiring a profitable small business with existing cash flow A boring business with recurring customers often beats a flashy startup Then I'd use technology and AI to improve operations and scale margins

i would start a SaaS that will not be easy replaceable by AI or make sure you make the SaaS around getting exceptionally good results and build a decent or even big client base that will stick with you (low churn) so it's not replaceable by AI in that sense.. and then ofc exit it.

Basically, with a budget like this, I would find the right mentor in the industry he wants to enter and pay him to teach him the business model.

With that kind of capital, there are many opportunities to build a business generating $15–20k/month.

What industry are you looking to enter?

I would recommend that you invest in stocks. Another option is to invest in some high-risk model like replica or a pharma-related business that has more growth, working fine with legal terms
