There was no appeal button or email alert like last time, as you can see, no notification at all...
Or is this a version error because it's too old?

It's possible your posts violated Facebook's policies. I think it will take about a month for your account to be unlocked.

You can usually check the Account Status to see the reason for the restriction. Important to take note of moving forward and for your appeal as well. Although (and I think mostly) there are no warnings.
If the appeals don't really go anywhere, it's hard to say how long that'll be like that. Some restrictions go away on their own after days or weeks, others need a successful review. No real time frame besides.
Probably best to avoid repeatedly posting the same content while the restriction is active, especially if everything is just being blocked anyway. Could make things worse. Anyway yeah, best to find out what caused it in the first place.

Find out the reason for the restriction; Meta usually provides details for you to review and address the specific issues. Afterward, you can submit an appeal, though there is typically a waiting period for a response.

I can't appeal because there's no appeal button it always shows an error and tells me to try again later. I've deleted and reinstalled Fb, but the error persists.

No you don't need to find someone else. Just wait their answer. It may take few days or more.

This notification doesn't mean your account is locked yet. Please check Facebook again in a day or two.I'm not sure either, but every time i post something, Fb shows this message....

No, no, they didn't send it to my email. If there had been a contact or appeal button, or a warning about something being wrong, i would have appealed and done so... Unfortunately, i can only wait, there's no other way

Like sharing sensitive images or posting multiple links to betting sites?

However, there are many ways to appeal, corresponding to each different type of account deactivation. It's best to also take a screenshot of the reason for account disable that Facebook sent you.

The phenomenon you're experiencing is called Shadowban, or Facebook's hidden feature restriction. The algorithm automatically detects unusual account behavior (posting too frequently, copyright infringement of audio/image content, or mass reporting) and automatically reduces interaction and blocks features without specific notification. It usually restores itself after 3 to 7 days if you stop the activity.

Do not post any more videos or articles, and do not comment or like posts. Trying to post continuously at this time will cause Facebook to flag you as a bot/spam and prolong the penalty period.

This can happen if Facebook's system flags your account by mistake. Stop posting for a few days, then start again with normal content and see if the restriction is removed.

No warnings means it's likely an automated flag. usually a temporary restriction, not a full ban. Try to check account status in settings. sometimes there's a hidden restriction. Also clear browser cache and cookies. don't use any VPN or proxy. You can try posting from a different device or mobile data. If that works, your environment is flagged.
