Am i the only one getting Ai Girls on Instagram every time you log in ? And I dont even use IG personally

Been loging in to Ig to download content.

But i do not look for girls nor anything similiar.

Yet, all I'm getting is Ai girls on my timeline everytime I log in. I've looked at 2 or 3 for sure because I wanted to see what type of activity they get but I dont click like, i dont comment or share, etc. I look at many other things and engage that content far more.

Is this just a signal that Ai girls are dominating the algorithim (men are cilcking) or is it just by chance and location?

Why am I see Ai Girls so much? Im far removed from the IG world. Educate me.

Nope, don't have this personally at all what so ever. You having watched it is engagement. Since you watched 2-3, it will add to your "profile" that you seem to be interested in such things and will try to show it to you again hoping you will stay longer on the app, hoping you will watch more, resulting in them being able to show more ads. This is basic algorithm.

You definitely watched a couple of those AI girls and now the algorithm is serving you those.
 
This phenomenon is not random. It's a combination of algorithmic user retention models and the booming wave of AI content. A helpful tip is to scroll quickly in the coming time. When you see AI images, scroll past them immediately in under 1 second, absolutely do not pause to check the number of comments or likes.
 
It might be a combination of recommendation factors and not a single cause. It suffices to view some of the posts for Instagram to understand that you may have an interest in the content, and AI-generated content is also increasingly making its way into recommendations. Location, activity on the account, and content being consumed by like-minded people can impact the feed.
 
You have the option to reset the explore page so that it can start fresh. the explore page is showing you images based off of your watch time. In that case, be careful when clicking on "AI Girls" when they show up since the explore page will then adjust and send you that content.
 
I think it's a mix of both. AI model content is everywhere right now because it gets a ton of engagement, so IG pushes it pretty aggressively. And even spending a few extra seconds on a couple of those posts is enough for the algorithm to think you're interested. It doesn't take likes or comments anymore. If you keep scrolling past them and interact more with the stuff you actually want to see, your feed should gradually shift.

the instagram algorithm does not just take into account likes nd follows. a single second that uh spend looking at something can affect ur recommendatiions. there is an increased push to AI content since it receives many likes nd therefore gets tested on more users through the alggorithm.
