Most days I’m working, driving or thinking about bills. Tonight I stood on a deck with the Opera House behind me and did absolutely nothing useful for five minutes. Felt strange. Felt good. Maybe rest isn’t wasted time after all. Bloody hell, only took me 35 years to notice.
