Based on your feedback, if the system is stable and doesn't frequently lock accounts without reason, then waiting 2 to 3 days is a very cheap price to pay for sustainability when scaling.

This is more like a goose chase
Most payment processor will like to hold for a week before release
The problem is not payment processing
The real issues is scammers

ive had a great experience with Intuit Quickbooks, from day 1 limits were high and payout is next day after a couple months. kinda depends on corp setup and im pretty sure i had to personal guarantee with social, etc. i have an almost zero CB rate though. ive been using them and have a 100k a day next day limit.
Also had good luck with Authorize.net. its just old and clunky to use but has good API.
Stripe is good too for integrations and have used that too but felt like a little more red tape to get started and limits were low / fees high.
