Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice on roofing company SEO. I launched my roofing company’s website on December 10th, and while I’ve seen some activity, I’m not exactly thrilled with the results so far. Currently, I’ve got 27.7k impressions and only 61 clicks. I’ve put a lot of effort into fully optimizing all the pages for the services I provide and even created dedicated pages for each suburb I service. Despite this, I’m not getting any lead form submissions, and it’s starting to feel a bit discouraging. For those of you with experience in roofing SEO, what strategies have worked best for you? Is there something specific that performs really well in this niche? How long did it take you to start seeing consistent results? I’d really appreciate any tips, advice, or insights you’re willing to share. Thanks in advance!

You won't really get a decent amount of traffic unless you're ranking for decent keywords on page 1,
The good news is that your website is ranking in the top 100 (not penalized), it's simply lacking authority to compete at higher spots,
I'm assuming your on-page is well set as you're stating, the rest will be around building a decent link profile to make things work & patience,
Keep the work with the website on-page, add more content if you can, and make a plan for your off-page (outreaching, pbns, etc...)

Honestly, 61 clicks from 27k impressions sounds more like a CTR problem than an SEO problem. I'd look at your titles and meta descriptions first, then ask a few people to go through your site and see if it's obvious what to do next. Getting traffic is only half the battle. The bigger question is what happens after people land on your site. We recently audited 1,040 roofing websites, and one thing that stood out was how many sites make it hard for homeowners to actually get answers or take the next step.

Local SEO and optimization of your google business profile playy significant role i local lead generation.

Target only 1 city. Create service pages based on your targeted city. optimized your content and interlink it. And get reviews on your GBP, this would move ranking way too much.

I'd also look at your CTR and conversion rate. A lot of impressions with few clicks usually means your titles and meta descriptions need work. If visitors aren't converting, review your calls to action, trust signals (reviews, certifications), and make it easy for people to request a quote. For local roofing, an optimized Google Business Profile is also a major source of leads.
