i want to generate popup calls through meta and google ads, can someone please guide me which country ad agency account should i use and which cloaker is good to use.

Country and account type depends on your offer and traffic source. Don’t rush into cloaking first, test your funnel and tracking properly. A lot of people waste money because the setup is wrong, not because of the platform.

you can try meta and google ads for now and leave cloaking for now, it will actually work for a while but it often leads to account bans and wasted ad spend.
