A few years ago, most people join linkedin for jobs, industry updates or professional discussion. But now my feed is filled with personal stories, life lessons and motivational posts. Some of them performs well but industry insights get less attention now due to these stories.
I think linkedin is now rewarding story telling more than professional knowledge.
For those who use linkedin regularly, have you seen more engagement from sharing your expertise or from sharing personal experiences ?
