Hor much does Traffic actually matters If conversions are Low?

I would solve the problems associated with conversion first, and then increase traffic. Increased traffic will not do any good if your landing page, offer, or funnel is not converting at all.

Geniune Question, been focusing hard on getting more Traffic to a site but the coversion rate is pretty meh... like it is better to keep pushing for more visitors and puch the funnel landing first page.
I'd optimize the funnel before chasing more traffic. More visitors won't help much if the landing page isn't converting—small CRO improvements can make a big difference.

Traffic is important, but conversions matter more. I would first improve the landing page, calls to action, and user experience. Better converting traffic is often more valuable than simply getting more visitors.

Quality traffic usually beats higher traffic. Sometimes a few landing page tweaks can make a bigger difference than another SEO push.

It really depends on what your goal is, if you're looking to improve your EEAT data and become the expert on a topic then traffic isn't so bad, but it sounds like you're looking for leads/customers so in that case I would say focus on getting the "Right" traffic rather than any traffic and to do that you might need to focus more on your keyword targetting and aligning yourself better with your ideal customer which will help improve those conversion rates.

Could also be a layout issue as well
