i m unsure whether the instagram approval process happens at a certain time frame. Some cases get approved in quick succession whereas some other cases stay in pending status for weeks without any news. make sure that the id informatiion provided is correct nd that ur account details match. sadly there is little u can do to exppedite the process.

the only real workaround to speed things up is using meta verified on another account to get a live chat rep to push it through. outside of that you are just stuck waiting on their system which is completely random. if its been more than 3 or 4 weeks without a word, the appeal is probably ghosted and you might need to try a different contact form if you can find one that still works.
