Tips on my Reddit accounts setup

Hello friends,
Wanted to ask for some tips because I cant seem to figure out why my accounts are getting banned. Here is my setup:
1. Decodo Mobile Proxies. Proxy setup was pretty standard, sticky (30min)
2. Incognition browser, separate profiles for each acct
3. Accounts i bought are around 1 week old, with 70-ish karma.
4. I logged in, got a server error, than went to Old.reddit.com to login.
Day 1-Casually browsed for about 10-15 minutes, joined a few communities.
Day 2- logged back in, scrolled a little bit, tried to upvote a post, and got banned.

Checked 3 other accounts I had setup on a similar timeline, and when i logged in they all had the banned notification. Wondering if they all got contaminated somehow?

I'm no expert in this, so would love any help or tips. I appreciate it!

Getting banned after just browsing and an upvote makes me think it's probably not your actions. Could be the accounts themselves, or something Reddit already didn't like before you bought them. I'd try testing with accounts from a different source and see if the same thing happens.
 
That's actually interesting!

I buy accounts that are at least 1 month old and have 100+ karma (on average, $5–6 per account). Use residential proxy (CA, USA from different services) and Linken sphere browser.

I usually log in right after buying the account and then leave it alone for a couple of hours. After that, I come back and join a few subreddits. The next day, I mostly just browse threads I’m interested in. Then a day later, I’ll either make my own post or start commenting on other threads. Haven’t had any real issues so far. The only thing is that Reddit sometimes blocks access because of the proxy, even before I get to the login page.
 
One week old with 70 karma is already a bit unusual. Add a 30-minute sticky proxy, and Reddit may see more signals it doesn’t like. Did the seller give you the original cookies or session data? If not, that may be part of the problem. You can also try using one account in another antidetect browser. That could help narrow it down.
 
reddit just flags behavior across accounts, so that’s almost certainly what triggered the bans
sorry but contamination usually isn’t the issue
 
Have you tried creating your own accounts rather than buying them to see if you run into the same problem or not?

Could be the issue is already with the accounts you are buying

Try better-quality aged accounts, let them warm up for a few days, and keep one dedicated proxy and browser profile for each account.
 
If multiple accounts got banned together, I’d look for a common factor in the setup
Usually the pattern matters more than any single tool.

Yeah, just change one thing each time or it gets hard to tell what caused it. Keep everything else the same and test the account with another browser. A free plan or trial like ours makes it easy to test and see how it goes.
 
Bought accounts are usually the biggest risk. Reddit is very good at detecting inauthentic or linked account behavior, even if you're using separate profiles and proxies. If multiple accounts get banned around the same time, there's a good chance they were already flagged or shared similar signals. Reddit has become much stricter lately, so account quality and natural activity matter a lot more than the setup itself.
 
Buy one account and try with your own PC's browser and IP to use that account. If that account still get banned. then it's the provider's issue.
 
Yeah, I'd test with a completely different account source before changing the rest of the setup. Getting banned after only browsing and a single upvote points more toward the account quality than your actions. A 1-week-old account with 70 karma can already be a red flag if it was farmed too quickly. If multiple accounts from the same batch got hit around the same time, that's usually the first thing I'd suspect.

I'd isolate variables: try one account from another seller, keep everything else the same, and see if the result changes. That'll tell you a lot faster where the problem is.
 
Reddit's automated systems can be difficult to predict, so it's hard to pinpoint a single cause. If multiple accounts were banned around the same time, it could be due to signals unrelated to your day-to-day activity rather than anything specific you did during those sessions.
 
I would test a few accounts created by yourself before changing the whole setup. If your own accounts survive but the purchased ones dont, then the source is probably the problem.

Also dont change too many things at once. Test account source, proxy and browser setup separately or you will never know what actually caused the ban.
