Are there any experts on this forum who can contact Google Search support?

I have a few questions, including how to remove Google's filters and the penalties it has imposed on the site. Is there anyone here who can help?

I am a Google Product expert (Google Search Central), but I am not a member of Google Search Support. Google doesn't really have a dedicated Search Support team. We are volunteers who help people in the Google Search Help Community - support.google.com with Google Search-related questions.
In other words, you can't just contact Google through a chat or email and get an official response from a Google Support specialist.
