I've been to both at the request of other people (wife and friend). Personally I'd choose neither. F1 is noisy af and Wimbledon seats are tiny. Yes I'm old...

Formula One would be my choice if it was live because of all the excitement. I guess it would be fun if it is at Wimbledon because of the historical background and ambiance.
Depending on the kind of day, either Formula One for the adrenaline rush or Wimbledon for the traditional sports event.
 
I'd go with Formula 1 honestly. The atmosphere, the speed, the sound of those cars, it's just an incredible experience live :)
