BHW has some of the sharpest minds I’ve seen online, people who build, break, and rebuild systems for a living.

I’m curious how many founders here have actually gone down the fundraising path already (pre‑seed, seed, or even growth), not just “thinking about it." Have you raised, are you in the middle of a round, or are you quietly lining things up?

What tools / infra are you leaning on? Stuff like searchable.com peec.ai, nimt, or any other more sophisticated Martech.

I have a feeling there are a few people in here quietly running serious plays. If you’re a founder raising or building something with fundraising baked into the roadmap, drop a reply.

It would be good to know who’s walking this path inside BHW and what you’ve learned from it so far.

I'm curious how founders are balancing fundraising with building right now. Are most conversations focused on proving early traction first, or are investors still backing strong teams before significant revenue?

I'm bootstrapping a project. It'll grow over time as I need some time to understand the market and shape the final product based on market demands.

i prefer validating the product before thinking about fundraising

tbh if I was building a start up I'd would bootstrap it.

Every founder I suppose always bootstrap at the beginning while raising more to scale on what’s working / Defining their GTM.

The thread is highly targeted to people who are currently in growth phase / scale also people who are looking at building out their startups

I'm currently building an MVP with plans to turn it into a SaaS down the line. Not raising any money yet though, right now the focus is just on validating the product, getting some paying customers, and building real traction first. I feel like once you've got actual users and revenue behind you, fundraising conversations just hit different.

Also big shoutout to @BlogPro on this one. He's been the main guy helping me build it and honestly has been a huge part of the journey so far.
