Assuming you gonna have a blog website.
Facebook account is tied to you. And so is the location. If you are planning to target different country in your blog website than your location it's gonna be a mess.
For youtube location is not that much of an issue.
If it's the same country as your location then facebook.

If the main goal is blogging, then Facebook is generally a better fit than YouTube.

Depends of your niche. As everyone said, fb is tied to you and your content, but if you also build video content, creating this and embedding to your site will be very relevant to google. It might not bring many users straight from the video in yb, but on the other way will attract plenty of then through seo and serp

If you plan to grow a blog, I think using Facebook would be more effective; it offers higher engagement rates provided your content is good and you can run ads with a reasonable budget to drive that engagement

If you're planning on building a blog long term for seo and monetization, self hosted WordPress offers far superior customization and control compared to Blogger or other free platforms. :)))

It depends on your content type: youtube (vlogging) is superior for long-term organic discovery, high search intent, and long-tail monetization, while fb is better for fast viral reach, text/photo posts, community interaction, and building local fanbases. Ideally, use youtube as your main content hub and repurpose short clips or posts on fb to drive engagement

It depends on your goal. If you're trying to drive long-term traffic to a blog, I'd choose YouTube because videos can keep bringing visitors for months or even years. Facebook can still work, but I see it as better for building a community and getting short-term engagement than for consistent blog traffic.

What type of bloging you are going to start? is it short videos or long?

It depends on your content, YouTube is better for long-term growth while Facebook is good for quick reach and engagement.

YouTube usually offers better long term value while Facebook works well for promotion

Both platforms are useful, but it depends on your goal. I like YouTube for long term traffic because videos can keep getting views. Facebook is better for building a community and getting quick engagement from followers.

For driving traffic purposes facebook is better since you are allowed to post links to your money website/blog.

Facebook is a vast marketplace teeming with opportunities, so when it comes to blogging, the platform remains highly promising.

YouTube is better for long-term blogging, while Facebook is better for quick promotion and engagement. Use YouTube for your main content and share it on Facebook.
