One error that i see is the practice of treating linkedIn as a numbers game, whereby connections are accumulated without any consideration regarding whether there is any reason to remain connectied. Having fewer connections that know your work is better than having hundreds who do not.I have seen plenty of advice about what to do on LinkedIn, but not as much discussion about what people should avoid.
In your opinion, what is the most common mistake people make that holds back their growth or opportunities on LinkedIn?
It could be something related to their profile, content, networking, or overall approach. I think hearing real experiences could help a lot of people avoid the same mistakes.
