I want to automate posting in my own Facebook groups, is that safe?

I wouldn't rely on automation being "safe" just because it's your own groups. One post a day is low volume, but Facebook can still detect automated browser behaviour regardless of IP. If you're only posting daily, I'd honestly use Facebook's built-in scheduling tools where possible.

the danger is definitely low if all u manage are ur own communities but i would not take any chances either. the platforms consider patterns of behhavior nd not sources of the activity. the important red flags here would be repetitive content, roboticaly rigid schedule of posting nd excessive activity within short periods of time. the best solution would be using automation tools combiined with manual content control.
