Many boring niches will outperform “trendy niches since there is a strong buyer intent present. I have seen many successful problem-solving niches which are able to generate profits if they have low competition and useful content.

The unintended beneficiaries are normally niches that relate to costly mistakes or critical issues rather than just new trends. I have seen niche topics beat larger topics in terms of perforemance when the user is actively trying to cut costs, make no mistake, or solve some issues at once. The low search volume is totally acceptable in such a case.

Another most surprising niche is replacement parts and repair manuals for particular models. It may seem like there are very few searches for every subject bcz the numbers are low, but those who land on the pages usually need something very particular and are ready to purchase or take action right away. Thus, a hundreds of targeted visitors may prove to be way more valuable than thousands of just browsing users.

One niche which surprised me is that of content related to compliance for small busineisses. It is not a very muvh exciting niche, but when people search for things such as regulations, documents, and process guides, the motivation behind their searches is very high since people who visits your site usually looks for a solution.
