Choosing a proxy

It would be really useful to have a tool for checking proxy quality. Different fraud scores are pretty subjective, and their results don’t always reflect how a proxy actually performs in real-world tasks.

At the same time, it seems almost impossible to build something truly accurate, since even proxies from the same provider can perform very differently depending on the subnet.

Is there any practical solution that actually works?
