I launched a new Google Ads campaign, but the ads are stuck in review or simply not delivering. Everything seems fine—payment method is legit, targeting looks correct, and the creatives are approved. No policy warnings or errors either.

Google review can take longer on new accounts. Sometimes you just have to wait 24–48 hours.

Check keyword approvals and match types. Even a single disapproved keyword can hold the ad from running.

Ad schedule or location targeting too narrow can make Google think there’s no audience, so delivery stalls.

If the account is brand new, Google sometimes throttles delivery until it gathers trust signals.

Sometimes switching small things in the ad copy or headlines triggers a fresh review and it starts running.

What’s worked for me is duplicating the campaign/ad group and relaunching it that can trigger the system to reprocess things. Also double check your daily budget vs. bid strategy too low can stop delivery without showing an error.

Try adjusting your bids or budget slightly and check ad schedule or targeting overlap—sometimes tiny tweaks kick things into motion.

It might just be a delay in Google’s system—try pausing and unpausing the campaign, or checking if your bid is competitive enough for the auction.

I Have Tighted My Search Campaign With the Phrase match And Exact match Keywords Only But Only One Day I Got the Impression And Zero Clicks And Zero Conversion And I Done Everything And Every Asset Is Also Approved For My B2b Search Campaign And The Targeted Location Is UAE And The Campaign Is Status Is Showing Like Limited And That Is Showing Like Missing Relevant Keyword How Can I Fix This To Achieve Better PerformanceScreenshot 2026-07-27 111524.png

Sometimes new campaigns get delayed even without errors, try duplicating the campaign or making a small change to trigger a fresh review

Sometimes a new campaign can end up taking more time than usual because of account history, billing, or automatic checks despite not having any warnings. You should check policy manager, change history, and delivery diagnostics . don’t make changes too frequently during this time period.

Check if your campaign has enough search volume and budget, sometimes ads stay idle because Google has no eligible traffic to enter the auction.

You could also check your, your Ad Strength and Quality Score because Even approved ads can struggle to get impressions if they aren't competitive enough.

Man, nowadays the best strategy is to use broad match keywords (or at most phrase match) and negativate terms that don't convert or that attract the wrong kind of buyers. Exact match almost always will never really delivers nothing. And i hope it's not the case, but everytime i setup an ad campaign that didn't begin to run, almost always i ended changing the account. It might be the broad match kw, but if you change and it still don't deliver, you better create a new setup in an anonymous browser with another proxy

This is very normal sometimes with new campaigns in google. if everything is set up correctly then wait 24–48 hours and also If the ads still don't deliver then contact google ads support for help.

sometimes the issue is landing page load speed or destination URL mismatch that doesn’t trigger a policy warning but still blocks delivery.
