Best place to find a buyer for an established gray area SaaS?

have a SaaS i've been running for the past 1.5 year or so. Does really good numbers, kind of a headache to run but it's 100% worth it.

main reason for sale is liquidity, I am looking to purchase real estate for my other business.

in terms of how gray area it is, it's safer than gambling sites and adult sites. Main issue with it is it deals with copyrighted content.

anyone know of any forums or people who may be interested?

Before sharing details, get an NDA signed and be very clear about what the product does, how content is sourced, any takedown history, payment processor issues, and legal exposure. A serious buyer will want proof the revenue is durable, but they’ll also discount heavily if the business depends on infringement continuing. Don’t describe it as "safer than gambling" without documenting the actual risks.
