Could be a temporary WhatsApp issue or your connection. Try to check if messages are stuck for everyone or just one contact, then try restarting the app.

Check your device and mobile data network. Try sending messages to different people to see where the problem lies. If necessary, you can restart your device, or delete the app and reinstall it.

WhatsApp works fine for me. Maybe you've been shadow banned?

In case you are wondering, it might have been a temporary error or a connectivity issue.
if you still can't send messages today, it's almost definitely an account restriction on your end.
if you are doing bulk marketing via the official cloud api, check your dashboard for your quality rating. meta will automatically pause your message templates (this usually throws an error 132015) and block outbound sends if your block rate gets too high.
