There are several ai video creation e.g Grok ,Veo3, Flow, Hing Ai etc..

I mostly use Kling or Sora 2 — they work well

For this, I would try Google Veo. You can actually mess around with it for free through Google Labs or their partner developer sandboxes. They basically give you a small allowance of free tokens every month to test things out. But need to do ith through Google labs (not directly) Hope this helps
