The META AI update is automatically scanning a lot of data and disabling accounts automatically. Is there an optimal way to fix this problem?
I changed nearly 30 social media accounts in one day.

that sounds frustrating my guess is that making a lot of changes in a short time may have triggered automated security checks
Id probably slow down future changes and keep everything as consistent as possible interested to hear what has worked for others

Losing 30 in a day usually means the accounts share footprints, not that each one did something wrong – Meta's detection is clustering them. Same device/browser fingerprint, overlapping IPs, similar naming/creation patterns, reused payment methods or profiles that all point back to each other. Once one gets flagged the whole cluster goes down together.
The fix is isolation, not recovery: proper antidetect setup so each account is genuinely separate (unique fingerprint + clean residential/mobile IP per account, no shared assets), warm them up slowly instead of running hard from day one, and stop linking everything through one BM or payment. Recovering the disabled ones is mostly a lost cause at that volume – the real work is making sure the next batch can't be clustered the same way.

You can use trusted Facebook profiles to log in, which will limit the number of scans. It costs a little more, but it saves you a lot of time.
account veriffication can be annoying due to the fact that they do not always give reasons for such an action. my personal opiniion is that the best course of action here is to check account history delete any suspicious items nd go through the appeal process as stated by the platform. there is not any guaranteed way out as these systems take into account a lot of factors.
