Create big landing page. Keep ads clean, no nudity. Then push traffic to OnlyFans.

It's not that hard to bypass the moderation, the question is where you will lead the traffic and what is your landing page (paid/free/ftl page).
 
The way I run policy-violating activities on Meta/Facebook is by hiring an agency with an advertising account that has already spent a lot, such as BM2500, so that there is still a certain approval rate for campaigns, or you can create an intermediary page and then direct traffic to OnlyFans.
 
I've been scaling this ad strategy for nearly a year now, and it's been working really well. One thing that's helped a lot is using Instagram as a middle step in the funnel to warm up and qualify traffic before sending people to the final offer.

This might be less cost-effective than promoting a page organically. If we're talking about our own page. If we're talking about others' pages, then again, it might be less effective. In other words, it's expensive and difficult

actually, it's restricted on meta, you try other ads companies like traffic star, but if you want to run on meta then you have to run through cloaking.
 
your clean bridge page won't save you from real users. the bots might approve it, but pissed off people will just report your ad and kill the account anyway.
stop making your ads look like cheap bait. frame the creative as a normal lifestyle or fitness blog so users don't immediately hit the report button
 
I have clean landing pages for my funnel now the question is can i put the OF link in my bridge page ? Is people running the direct of link or they cloack the button on the landing page ??
 
That works with good models. Rules simple: cloaking, deeplinks, good creatives (tests on reels before) and always using cross Pixel ID for OF campaigns. No need additional landing.

to scale safely, advertisers use SFW (Safe-For-Work) lifestyle or creator content on the ad creative level, directing traffic through a multi-step funnel such as an Instagram IG profile, Linktree, or a SFW blog before funneling users to external links
