The way I run policy-violating activities on Meta/Facebook is by hiring an agency with an advertising account that has already spent a lot, such as BM2500, so that there is still a certain approval rate for campaigns, or you can create an intermediary page and then direct traffic to OnlyFans.

That works with good models. Rules simple: cloaking, deeplinks, good creatives (tests on reels before) and always using cross Pixel ID for OF campaigns. No need additional landing.

The pixel/event tracking side is probably more interesting than just pushing more traffic. I’d compare the funnel by CTR, landing-page engagement and paid conversion, then optimize toward subscriber quality rather than optimizing only for cheap clicks.
