How has your experience on X changed in the last year?

I've noticed that my experience of X has changed substantially over the last year as well. It seems to be a place that is becoming increasingly different than what it used to be.
To some it may still be a very valuable tool for consuming news and engaging with industry professionals, but to others it may have changed too much.
How would you say that your experience on X (Twitter) has changed? Is it still a valuable tool for you, or have you found other places more useful and engaging?

Its become a lot noisier for me I still find useful content occasionally but it takes much more filtering than it used to.

It feels more fragmented now ı think the value is still there, but finding meaningful conversations takes more effort than before.
 
I don't personally use X, so I don't have firsthand experience. Over the past year, X has changed with more AI content, evolving algorithms, expanded premium features, and shifts in moderation and user experience.
 
The revenue X share with content creators dismantled the natural flow of communication Twitter had under Jack's administration. It's one thing to scroll through unrelated tweets, and another to consistently read lies, influencers promote all kinds of devious information to get impression, and its affecting the brain of consumers. On a general note X is like a wrestling ring for broken men and women.
 
It's still one of the fastest places for news, but for actual discussions I find myself using Reddit a lot more now.
 
This feels like an AI written question. As for the actual issue - their algo is becoming better and better, so its wysiwyg. Regardless, the clamp down on low quality bots coming from the places we all know their coming from is also significant and improves the experience!

X can still be useful for networking and following specialized discussions, but the signal-to-noise ratio has shifted greatly. It seems that smaller circles and personal connections yield more productive discussion than just depending on the feed.
