How can I make more money ?

Hey everyone,


I’d love to get some advice from people who have experience growing trading communities.


I run a premium Gold trading group with around 75 active VIP members. Membership is $150/month or $400–500 for lifetime, and the majority of my members joined through word of mouth and referrals. I’ve been publicly sharing my trading for over 3 years, so I’m confident in the value I provide.


My long-term goal is to grow the community to 1,000+ paying members.


So far I’ve tried:


  • Hiring someone to manage and grow my Instagram (it’s been slower than I expected).
  • Thinking about finding affiliates/partners who can bring in new clients in exchange for a commission on every paying member they refer, but I have no idea where to find reliable people.
  • Paid ads seem difficult because of the restrictions around trading/financial services.

For those of you who have scaled a trading, investing, or subscription-based business:


  • What worked best for you?
  • Where did you find good affiliates or commission-based marketers?
  • Is there a growth channel I’m overlooking?

I’d really appreciate any advice or ideas from people who have been through this.

At this stage, trust is probably your biggest growth asset referral systems, partnerships and strong community results usually work better than relying only on ads

It’s not helping much - I see other groups / IGs with thousands of members while I’ve better “product” by far with better results yet I don’t get it
 
I think your service isn't the issue. The bigger challenge is getting more people to see it. Try posting helpful content on YouTube and X, and ask happy members to share their experience. A few trusted partners who already have the right audience can also bring better results than running lots of ads.

No sir .. honestly speaking ? I’ve no time for this, my edge is that my results speak for themselves I see lot of YouTube guys and others big IG influencer yet my results better then them but my marketing is poor … this why I also looking for someone to bring clients and get commission I think that’s my best solution but I’ve no idea how to do this
 
Increase your skills, earn more through a better job or side hustle, and invest consistently while keeping expenses under control.
 
75 active members are pretty good. Maybe add referrals so your member become motivated to invite people

I’ve tried it’s not working good
Usually who’s in doesn’t care anymore -
I know that if I can get big audience into my groups free then premium the conversation rate would be very high I just don’t know how ‍

You mean - whoever doesn’t profitable on trading maybe
 
One thing that has worked well for subscription businesses is focusing on member success stories because referrals become much easier when people see real results I would also encourage existing members to recommend others with a simple referral reward since warm introductions often convert better than paid traffic

Is the commission subscription based? Meaning if one sells commission with your subscription, will one get consistent revenue every month?

Having a better product doesn’t always mean faster growth
A lot depends on visibility and reaching the right audience
 
For this field, you need to focus on building a transparent communication channel and providing complete information to build trust with members. Create categories for regular members and VIP members to motivate and support members to become brokers for you, helping you expand your business in a trustworthy way.
 
I've been seeing more creators using AI to produce short drama content. The tools are getting much better, so the barrier to entry is much lower now. The difficult part is creating stories that keep people watching until the end.
