I've used both, so I recommend Monetag for beginners. Their ads are cleaner and their self optimizing technology is smarter, helping to retain users better than Adsterra. If you want high profits in strong niches like movies or file downloads, Adsterra is the better choice. For higher end options there's Ezoic, but it requires a slightly higher quality website
