It is impossible for me to promote anyting that requires the use of any third party billing mechanisms or credit cards
When you are advertising make sure you use legitimate billing mechanisms on Meta/Googleplatforms to prevent account bans and chargeback

Only credit card ? Debit card available for shopping purchases?
 
If something sounds too good to be true especially involving credit cards it usually is I'd stay far away from anything selling real cards since the legal and financial risks aren't worth it

It is impossible to verify the authenticity of the card, but there is a 99% chance it is a virtual credit card.
