My friend, if this continues for several days, there's no reason for you to continue this campaign. Please launch a new campaign; you need to pay more attention to your media.

I think it's not the problem for only you, many people got this. You should review your ads again and change your content. besides, pls check if your sale policy is actually attractive to customers?
 
The problem will be more easily addressed if you analyze the whole conversion funnel, and not just the ads themselves. If visitors are communicating with you but not making a purchase, the problem may lie in the offer, price, reply rate, or lead handling process after communication.
 
switch to a conversion objective (if you can track purchase/lead quality), tighten to high-intent audiences (and rely more on retargeting), and make sure your ad + landing page + message flow are aligned so the questions you get are actually “ready to buy” people. also check your message quality fast if most chats are not getting to a booked call/checkout, the issue is often the follow-up speed or qualifying process, not the traffic.
 
You need to continuously monitor metrics and devise plans to refine the campaign accordingly. Remember, a campaign that succeeds today may not necessarily yield good results tomorrow.

Perhaps, it may be because of the target of the ad is Awareness rather than purchase? If purchase is the target then maybe trying attractive creative and good offer compared to competitors maybe your way out…
 
You need to retarget your campaign. Did you change recently anything in your campaign that may explain why now you get poor results?

If your facebook ad campaigns are not generating sales anymore then you have to update your plans.Try to focus on your targeted audience.You have to think about location also .

I think there are a lot of messages, but they are the kind that don't get a response when you reply—often coming from 'clone' accounts. I suggest you change your campaign's target audience, or better yet, change the campaign content entirely.

Ad fatigue and shifting audience interests are usually the main culprits here. Try refreshing your creatives, testing broad targeting with advantage+ placements, or setting up dedicated retargeting funnels with updated offer angles.
 
It's possible your target audience is quite picky and meticulous, and they're not satisfied with your advertised product. This is why you're getting high views but no sales. Update your ad content and test with multiple customer segments to refine your target audience.
