Hello, can you suggest me good network for EU traffic push/pop very very very cheap? I'm currently using popcash and popads, but they are really slow

Cheap traffic is easy to find, but the quality is usually the main challenge. I would compare conversion rates, not only the CPM/CPC price.

EU traffic can be hit or miss depending on the GEO. If volume is slow, its not always the network, sometimes the targeting is just too limited.

The best network can depend on the country. A network that is fast in Germany may not perform the same way in Spain or France.

If PopCash and PopAds are slow, try another source with smaller campaigns first instead of moving your full budget immediately.
