gsa ser is the classic for automation but it's a learning curve, ahrefs/semrush for finding prospects manually first

If you're just starting, try free tools like Google Search Console Ahrefs Webmaster Tools and Ubersuggest Focus on guest posting business directories, and creating valuable content rather than bulk backlink creation

If you're new to SEO, don't rush into automated backlink tools. Most of them create low-quality links that won't help a new site much.
