I'd wait a little before creating a new one. More importantly, try to figure out what caused the ban so you don't run into the same issue again.
The reason is that I sent the link to the private platform directly via private message, and also posted a link in my bio that gathers all the other links together.

Waiting a day or two won't protect you if you create a new account from the same environment. Meta uses automated hardware and network association chains to instantly flag spin-up setups.
If your profile got hit after a month, your device ID, canvas fingerprints, and local IP block are already logged in their high-risk pool. Creating a new account right away—or even waiting a few days—on the same setup will just trigger an immediate automated restriction or a shadow-ban from the start.
To break the chain, you need to completely rotate your deployment footprint. This means generating a fresh device environment using an anti-detect configuration, routing through a clean, unflagged residential proxy node, and using new verification parameters. Are you running this account manually off a mobile app setup, or orchestrating via browser profiles?

A clean start works better when you already have a clear plan for how you’ll manage the account.
I was using both my phone and my computer; what exactly am I supposed to do? I didn't quite understand.

How many phones ? How many computers?
You need MULTIPLE AI models so you aren't toasted by problems like this.
Each model needs -
Their own computer - Run Linux as a host operating system run Qemu as the virtual machine
software then run Windows 11 as guest operating systems. Use microwin to install and
watch Chris Titus video on how to setup and tweak telemetry. EACH VM MUST BE DIFFERENT.
Different fonts, resolutions, installed software, browser, BROWSER HISTORY< etc. THEN
try different non-fingerprint browsers on top of this.
Their own smart phone. Get old models on ebay or new lookalikes on Aliexpress.
Each phone needs its own phone number. NO MODELS SHARING NUMBERS. Is that
what a real OF model does? Use InfiMobile.com. 12 months - 5GB data $75 yearly
Their own website. With articles. Affiliate links to things girls buy. Clothes, Makeup,
Link outs to fashionista sites and other things girls want.
Their own social sites, linked to their website. Get them as soon as you get the domain or someone will steal them.
Their own Youtube Channel. Use seedance 2.0 to make videos. Try some of those
packages they advertise on Warrior Plus and JVZoo to make AI videos. Some of them
must work, right?
Their own CLOTHING BRAND that sells merch and Print on Demand Clothing she designed.
That's right. TWO domains. Her personal site. Her clothing brand.
Go to Fiverr and have a ghost writer write her book. It can be anything. Fashion. Makeup. Hair. Nails.
The Beach. Surfing. Sports. Post it on Amazon and link the author page back to her site and
mention her clothing brand. Now she is "real". Now she is an "Authority"
If you modeled her on a live girl, she can even do videos and make live appearances.
Pay the live model. Don't cheat her. She can also do selfie verification.
If you want to really "make her real" get a cheap LLC in New Mexico or Wyoming
and have her LLC own everything. Just write to the LLC registered agent companies
and ask what documents are required to register. When you register, use her
domain email to do it and have the corporate phone they assign forwarded to
her cell phone.

From my experience, I’d wait at least 24–48 hours before creating a new account. If Instagram just banned your previous account, making a new one immediately can sometimes lead to another suspension, especially if you use the same device or IP. When you do create a new account, try to warm it up naturally—complete the profile, avoid aggressive actions, and don’t spam follows or messages for the first few days.

That makes sense. I'd avoid sending links too early on a fresh account. Warming it up first usually feels like the safer approach.

Waitin a day or two won't fkn matter if the underlyin issue was device/IP fingerprint fingered as the problem — figure out WHY it got banned first (mass follow/unfollow, bought engagement, policy-violatin content) bc if u just spin up a new acct on the same phone/network without fixin that root cause, ur gonna eat the same ban again regardless of how long u wait

I mean having your content, posting schedule and account activity planned before creating a new one.
