I was scared of them weird people scanning retinas worldwide. It's a unique body trait that can never be changed. Once in a database, it's forever in a database.

Anything to push a digital ID when the infrastructure is in place,the governments can make anyone stateless to force obedience and also Metadata tracking

What could we do in this context. Like living in the jungle or desert. We are so accustomed to the technology. What else we could do to stop it and live a tracking free life?

If you'll need to age verify your identity to use social media or other services it will basically mean you're no longer anonymous.

Since there are very little guardrails in place to protect personal privacy anymore (practically, not on paper)

This will open the doors to mass surveillance and government / big tech abuse.

It would also pretty much destroy free expression on the internet as most will self-censor themselves.

All this techno garbage makes me feel depressed, people are so numb and apathetic to do anything, we're just cooked, maybe aliens or rebel AIs can do something, humanity is just cucked by big techs
