Best practices for approaching casino owners with a promotion offer?

What are the best ways to contact casino owners?
I have cryptoservice that i would like to offer to online casino owners. But all my attemps to reach out through casino support have failed, and I'm trying to figure out how to communicate better
Maybe there are some specialized sites where casino owners sit? And maybe you have some experience on how to best send an offer?

I’m an online casino owner across multiple different markets, primarily in the gray market US geo. What I think will work is approaching the owners with a proof of concept. If you’re able to prove results (a couple depositing players) right away then it will be an easy sale.

How can I contact them outside of support? Are there any services that allow me to reach them directly?

I thought so too, but I contact them through support - support gives me the marketing department's contact information or email. I write my business proposal to them, but I don't receive any responses

In my experience, general support channels rarely reach the decision-makers. You'll probably have better luck identifying the right contact through LinkedIn, industry conferences, or the company's business development or partnerships team. A short, personalized message explaining the value of your service usually gets more attention than a generic sales pitch.
