A few months ago, I started building my OnlyFans agency. Right now, my main model is generating around **$3,000/month**, and I wanted to share my experience using **dating apps as my primary traffic source
From day one, I decided to focus almost entirely on traffic acquisition through **Tinder, Bumble, Badoo, and similar platforms**. So far, it's been the strategy that works best for me, and I don't plan to shift my focus anytime soon.
## What I've Accomplished
* Learned how to create and manage dating app accounts.
* Improved account verification, profile setup, and bio optimization.
* Built simple workflows to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
* Spent several months driving traffic to a model with poor conversion rates.
* Switched to a new model, increasing revenue from **$1,000/month to $3,000/month**.
* Hired and trained a virtual assistant from the Philippines for **$500/month**—one of my best business decisions.
* Now generating **15–30 free OnlyFans subscribers per day** through dating apps.
* Continuing to improve and simplify processes to make scaling easier.
## Biggest Challenge
My biggest obstacle is still **conversion**.
Current numbers look something like this:
* Around **100 Tinder matches → 1 free fan**
* Each free fan generates approximately **$7 in long-term value** through chatting and upsells.
The traffic quality is decent, and the chatting strategy works well, but the conversion rate is still much lower than I'd like. When I compare my numbers with other OF agencies, it feels like they're playing on easy mode while I'm playing on the hardest difficulty.
## Next Goal
I believe the biggest improvement will come from working with a model that converts better.
I'm currently waiting to partner with another model through a revenue-sharing agreement instead of paying a large upfront contract fee. Since I'm working with a limited budget, this approach makes the most sense for me.
## Recent Progress
This month has started strong.
We've already generated **$873 in the first 3 days**, and thanks to my virtual assistant, we're creating more dating app accounts than ever before, resulting in significantly more traffic.
My goal for this month is to reach **$4,000+** with my main model while continuing to scale the dating app strategy.
I'm always open to networking with people working in the OFM space and would love to hear any suggestions or ideas that could help improve conversions or scale even faster
