You might want to check providers like DartNode since they have affordable storage VPS plans with unlimited bandwidth starting around 9 dollars per month. UltaHost is another option with NVMe SSD storage and unmetered traffic from about 6 dollars per month. ServerCloud also offers good capacity with free 1 Gbps unlimited bandwidth and reliable NVMe storage.
Of the three, which one do you highly recommend for being very safe?
I used to use pq hosting and all my data was lost

Generally, unlimited is usually a nice illusion. Nothing is truly unlimited.
They usually have Fair Usage Policies

Possible. They have a pretty strict system where they will verify you. If you are looking to abuse their system, then Hetzner probably won't be the best choice, as they will shut your stuff down if they detect suspicious activity.

They provide 32 TB monthly bandwidth. After the 32 TB is used, the speed slows down to 100–200 kbps. I have 2 servers on Contabo.

Would like to add that Aspnix.com as well as Neironvps.com vps hosting have been working well. I’m getting enterprise-level hosting at a fraction of the cost.
If you need 1TB+ storage and unlimited traffic еhose plans usually come with slower disks, shared resources, or fair-use limits hiding in the fine print.
Contabo is popular for big storage, but perf can be kinda random. Id also check LuxHost if you want something less overloaded and more stable. VPS doesnt choke every time you push traffic, thats already a win.
For pure storage, HDD is fine. For apps or DB stuff, go SSD/NVMe or youll feel the lag real quick

I doubt you can get a VPS with unlimited traffic cheap
Some will promise that, but that may be a whole different thing than the actual reality
Anyway - I guess there are plenty of hosts in the directory here, with references, that may be somewhat suitable to your cause

yeah honestly unlimited bandwidth on cheap vps is always a trap. once you actually start pushing serious TBs they will throttle you or find some tos violation to kick you off. if you need cheap storage with decent limits, buyvm with their storage slabs is probably the best workaround. you get a cheap VPS and attach 1tb of storage for like an extra 5 bucks. bandwidth is unmetered and they dont cry about DMCA as much as hetzner. just make sure you run your own backups somewhere else, never trust these cheap providers with your only copy.

@LowkeyLeo is right about the BuyVM slabs, that is probably the best workaround if you want to avoid getting throttled to zero. Most of these cheap "unlimited" hosts are just overselling and the moment you start pulling real traffic they find a reason to suspend you for resource abuse anyway.
If you want another option to look at, Servarica has some massive storage plans for cheap, but the cpu performance is pretty bad. But yeah, if you lost data on PQ like @unknown mentioned, you really shouldn't trust any of these budget providers with your only copy. Always rsync your critical stuff to a cheap backblaze bucket or something... relying on a 5 dollar VPS to keep your data safe is just asking for trouble.
