How much karma should a new Reddit account build before promoting anything?

I understand that Reddit can be strict with new accounts. Before i start sharing links or mentioning projects, I want to avoid getting flagged. For those with experience, how do you warm up accounts naturally and what level of activity seems safe before promotion?

There is no fixed number for karma but it is better to spend some time in discussions and making helpful comments before promoting anything. A natural account history is more important than reaching a specific karma score.

There is no fixed amount of karma, however, if you have 100 or more it's beneficial. You should go by the mantra "serve not sell", because if you can help other people they're bound to get interested in you and your products/services.

100 karma on a week old account still reads as fresh. the age and a couple comments that actually got upvotes matter more than the number. dont drop a link the same week you start warming

I think it's better to focus on genuine activity than chasing a specific karma number. In my experience, a few weeks of normal posting and commenting in relevant subreddits works much better than promoting too early.

No fixed karma number makes a Reddit account ready for promotion. The quality of engagement matters more than the karma numbers. When you start mentioning a product, do not make every post promotional. Add value first and only mention your brand when it naturally fits the conversation.

How old is your account? Account age usually matters as much as karma.

I buy accounts that are at least 1 month old (but preferably older) and have 100+ karma.
