Reddit ban system clearly changed. What setup is working now?

Not much you can do though, we’re living in that era now. You just have to filter through this ai garbage and hope a few people with real experience reply.

I have a feeling that OP already knows this. I also feel that promotion on reddit is very hard now. May be it is time to spot other small platforms like reddit .

How are you handling connection on multiple devices? Are you buying sim cards for each device or are you connecting to a rotating mobile proxy on all devices

How slow are we speaking?

Current setup for me is:

Create and dont touch for 4 days

4-6 days: scroll and upvote

Day 7: comment a few times

Then post simply once a day
 
They're using AI to analyze user behavior on the site and cross-compare it with looklike users based on the subreddits you follow. I can't remember the source, but Spez (co-founder of Reddit) was commenting about it when talking about their big data deal with OpenAI and what Reddit gets out of (asides from the big payout).

Quality IPs are big deal + clean browser fingerprint + simulated real usage.

There was a guy who got ridiculed on BHW forums a few months back when he said he created personas for each account, but he may have been ahead of his time on this.

Instead of posting comments like this, you could help us rid the forum of such content and members by reporting them instead.

You could randomise behavior if you do it via automation, just change mouse movement types, make human like writing into fields (not copy/paste), make "accidental" (random) clicks, randomise wait time before clicking/writing and etc...
AI detection is not real because we would see it in google first, but in google people still manage to use doorways in 2026 :D

The best way to keep your account stable is to consistently share valuable, high-quality content while avoiding excessive or overly obvious self-promotion.
 
There is no setup that assures zero bans because Reddit constantly updates its systems. It is not just about IP, proxy, or browser fingerprint, mostly, bans happen because of the overall account behavior pattern. For managing multiple accounts, the safer approach is
  • keep activity natural
  • avoid aggressive posting
  • participate in communities before promoting anything
  • Do not reuse the same content patterns
  • monitor which actions trigger removals or warnings
 
I use adspower and linken sphere for reddit, and yeah, I can confirm that something has definitely changed lately.

I’ve moved almost all of my reddit work over to LS now. So far, everything’s been working okay. Yesterday I bought an account, logged in, let it sit for a while, then posted a thread. It got decent reach and active comments, and the account didn’t get block/shadowbanned. I use CA/USA resi proxies.
 
In my opinion, you should keep your account activity as natural as possible. Avoid trying to force things, as maintaining natural behavior will help keep your Reddit account stable and sustainable in the long run.
 
It changed a long time ago) you need to use good and high-quality mobile proxies + behavior is not to rush... and then there will be results..
 
Act naturally and avoid overusing repetitive actions. Keeping your activity looking genuine will help your Reddit account last much longer.
 
I agree. Reddit feels much stricter now. Even old accounts with good karma can still get banned. It seems like it's not just one thing anymore. I'm interested to hear what others think.

Of course, they ban accounts like this, even if they're 5-10 years old... if the behavior of this account has changed in some suspicious way... it's a fact... I just... I've encountered something like this.
