Hi guys,

I’m facing a problem with my Google Ads account for the last few weeks. My campaigns are active, approved, and there are no major account warnings, but the spend is extremely low compared to the daily budget. I’ve already checked the landing page, tracking, campaign setup, and account history, but the issue is still there. Even with a decent budget, Google is only spending a small amount each day and performance is very limited.

I’m running campaigns in the US market and would like to know if anyone has faced a similar situation. Is this related to account history, campaign structure, traffic quality, or something else?

This is quite normal. CPCs in the US market tend to be high. If your settings aren't sufficient, it is very common for the budget not to be spent, or for spending to be minimal. You might want to try increasing the bid by around 30% to test the results.

Try checking your bidding strategy, targeting size, and search volume because sometimes Google limits spend when there isn’t enough eligible traffic.

What bidding strategy are you using? Also, are you getting enough impressions but low clicks, or impressions are low too?

Are you using a fresh account @HoneyCloud? google has been doing this silent review thing lately where everything looks green and active but they throttle the impressions to basically zero while they manual check the lander. usually takes like 3 to 5 days to clear up if that is what's happening.

If the account already has history though, it is probably your bidding strategy like @GEN WORLD said. if you launched with max conversions or tcpa on a pixel with zero data, the algorithm just chokes and won't bid because it has no baseline. switch it to maximize clicks for a few days just to force some traffic through and warm the pixel, then swap it back.

Check ur audience and keyword setup again, sometimes everythings looks fine but its too limited.

try to change some settings, adjust a few things and wait

if it keeps acting like that, there's a problem with the account

Maybe your targeting is too narrow. What targeting options are you using right now? You can try adjusting them and check if the spend increases.

I think you can check your budget and bids once because sometime google ads spend very slow even everything is ok. maybe it will take little time to run normal.

Your account is under review. They won't tell you nothing, the ads just stop spending and if you ask the support they'll inform that the account is under review. Some rare times it could be a bug on the account, but almost always are those reviews google do to piss everyone off

Look for Eligible Limited or Limited by bid strategy next to individual items, google might be restricting your budget

I’ve seen low spend when the campaign is too limited or the account has little history. Try broadening targeting a bit and give it some time to learn.
